Cabotine de Grès is an “Eau de Toilette” for women with floral notes, for a fun and mischievous woman, willing to play and get into mischief, with a young spirit, and without fear of risk, we are looking at a woman with a thousand facets, as her own name describes her, since the translation of this is 'actress'.
This fragrance was created in 1990 by perfumer Jean-Claude Delville. It was the first fragrance launched by the firm Grès after its bankruptcy in 1987 , which, seeking a turning point and innovation, included in its formulation for the first time in history an element that is very difficult to mix: the white ginger lily from the Himalayas.
In its olfactory notes we can initially highlight blackcurrants and plum, notes belonging to red fruits, sweet and appetizing, which lightly merge with the more floral part, carnation, tuberose, violet, and jasmine among others, which close the trail with sweeter notes such as amber or vanilla.
HAPPY WOMAN. This fragrance describes a woman who enchants with her joy, her playful eyes and contagious smile, which remains constantly on her face, stand out.
ARTISTIC BOTTLE. Its bottle symbolises a bouquet of flowers, specifically the ginger lily, represented on its cap, with an intense green colour.
NATIONALLY AWARDED. In the year of its launch, this fragrance was awarded 'Best Women's Fragrance' by the Accademia del Profumo in Italy.
